Affordable Housing at The Grove at St. Andrews

The Grove at St. Andrews participates in an affordable housing program designed to provide quality apartment homes at reduced rental rates for qualified households in Columbia, SC.

Because select homes are part of this program, applicants must meet income qualifications based on household size and HUD Area Median Income (AMI) guidelines.

The Grove at St. Andrews offers apartment homes available to households qualifying at:

• 60% of Area Median Income (AMI)
• 80% of Area Median Income (AMI)
